- Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines and tooling training will be provided to cover all areas including fettling, polishing, part marking, etc.
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the order.
- Be able to work at a high level of quality control to avoid inspection returns.
- Work in accordance to the quality system and processes of the company.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety requirements and complete training as required.
- Relevant experience gained in a similar industry
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (ideally production-based) that can be noisy
- A desire to learn a new skill and develop within a successful company
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience of working within a small team
