Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and register new applicants

• Match applicants to suitable rental properties

• Select quality tenants and present offers to landlords

• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants

• Coordinate referencing and tenancy documentation

• Ensure legal compliance pre-tenancy

• Build strong relationships with clients and applicants

• Generate and follow up new business leads

• Book lettings valuations

• Maintain compliance with lettings legislation

• Support general office duties as required

About You:

• Previous lettings experience is essential

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proactive, results-driven, and solutions-focused

• Well-organised with strong time management

• Confident working independently and as part of a team
