We are seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process for an engineering business based in Aldershot. This role is crucial for sourcing and acquiring top talent to meet our business needs. The position starts as a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to become a permanent role.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organisation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
  • Develop and execute a personal time management plan.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in internal recruitment, specifically within the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
