We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Client's busy restaurant in Surrey. Free accommodation is available if required.
Duties & responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menu offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Person Spec
- You must have worked as a Restaurant Manager for at least 1 year.
- Excellent communications skills is must.
- Cocktails and bar knowledge preferred.
- Must be a people person.
