Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and have a strong commitment to safety and quality work. This role is essential in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and clearing of construction sites, including the removal of debris and hazardous materials.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required for ongoing projects.
  • Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist tradespeople in their tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety on-site.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision when necessary.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with site policies.

Qualifications

  • Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
  • Full UK Driving licence essential
  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report issues promptly.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
  • A proactive approach to health and safety practices on-site.
  • Flexible to work overtime both during the week and at weekends, dependant on needs of construction projects.
  • Nights out may also be required dependant upon location of projects.
