Factory Worker – Formwork and Beam Preparation
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team. The role involves cleaning, maintaining, and preparing formwork and beams to support production operations. Successful candidates will work with a variety of hand and power tools, carry out basic repairs, and ensure all materials are ready for use. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean, inspect, and prepare formwork and beams using hand and power tools (including hammers, grinders, drills, and rivet guns).

Reboard beams and formwork to ensure they meet operational standards.

Count, record, and organize stock accurately.

Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with tools such as hammers, grinders, drills, and rivet guns is highly desirable.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual, hands-on work.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high work standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Hours of Work:Â
- Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm.
- Friday 7am - 12.15pm.
Rate of Pay:
- £12.21+ per hour.
