Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Design Team in delivering multi-utility connection projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and efficient administration from project inception through to energisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Team Support: Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Design Team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and facilitating resource allocation.
  • Legal Coordination: Collaborate with the Legal Team to ensure all design activities comply with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Design Team, clients, and DNOs)/IDNOs to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project progress or delays.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize design documents, ensuring they are current and accessible to relevant parties; submit necessary documentation to DNOs/IDNOs as advised.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an ICP, DNO, or IDNO environment.
  • Basic understanding of DNO/IDNO processes and utility regulations.
