Private Client Paralegal

Join my clients well-established firm as a Private Client Paralegal, where you will be part of a friendly and supportive team. The firm are committed to professional development and providing exceptional personal service. This role involves assisting solicitors with a broad range of private client matters, including executries, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.

Day to day of the role:
  • Assist solicitors with private client matters such as executries, wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
  • Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Perform dictation and support the team with administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in private client work, particularly executries.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
