We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Graduate Accounts Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant office near beautiful Loch Lomond. This is a 3-month temporary position, ideal for gaining hands-on experience, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week)

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing invoices and matching them with purchase orders
  • Reconciling bank, supplier, and customer accounts
  • Carrying out cash ups and credit card reconciliations
  • Accurately inputting data into finance systems
  • Assisting with accounts payable and payment runs
  • Monitoring and responding to finance-related emails
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with reporting tasks
  • Pitching in with general office admin and ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:

  • A recent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field
  • Ideally, some office or finance assistant experience (internships or part-time roles count!)
  • Strong communication and numerical skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proactive, organised, and ready to learn
