In this role, you will oversee a small team of production technicians . This is a new team where you will have the opportunity to create your own culture and implement your own processes. You will shadow the engineers, who are already assembling the equipment, to learn the product build. Your role will then involve planning, quality control and general management of the technicians. The company are looking to grow this team moving forward leading to your ongoing progression.

This role would suit a Production Engineer looking to step into a management role in a new teams that you can make your own.

THE ROLE:
* Overseeing the assembly of Subsea Acoustic equipment including Beacons and Sensor Packages
* Planning production, to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Ensuring Quality Control standards are high
* 37.5 hours a week (Flexible hours to be decided)

THE PERSON:
* Production Engineer
* Electronics background
* Quality Control Experience
* Commutable to Aberdeen
