An exciting new opportunity has been created for an FP&A Analyst to join a growing, commercially focused business based in Alfreton.

This role will suit someone who thrives on working with data, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is comfortable taking ownership of cost and pricing analysis. Working closely with the Head of FP&A, you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making and helping to drive performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain accurate costing and pricing data
Build and evaluate seasonal pricing models to support commercial and margin goals
Deliver competitor, product, and tariff analysis to inform pricing decisions
Support new product development with pricing and margin modelling
Provide financial insight and scenario planning for strategic decisions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across categories and territories
Contribute to the development of improved costing and forecasting processes

About You

Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
Analytical, inquisitive, and commercially minded
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments
Experience in or exposure to costing, pricing, or margin analysis
Background working in or alongside a finance function
ERP system experience beneficial (Navision is a plus)
Ideally studying towards or interested in CIMA / ACCA
