Graduate Chemical EngineerA unique opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Chemical Engineer to join a well-established Commercial Explosive Manufacturing business at the forefront of innovation in the manufacturing and application of chemical-based equipment and products.This brand-new position has been created to enhance the performance, application, and support of specialist products — with a strong focus on process improvement, health & safety compliance, and team training. You’ll work closely with engineering departments and operational teams to ensure that products are implemented and optimised effectively in the field.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-field product performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and non-conformance.
  • Provide hands-on training and technical support to operational teams, ensuring best practices and HSE compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and laboratory teams to refine formulations and improve application methods.
  • Support research and innovation initiatives to improve product design, sustainability, and field effectiveness.
  • Generate technical reports based on data analysis and recommend adjustments where necessary.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory standards and environmental best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 12 Months Engineering Experience.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
