Credit Controller | Up to £30,000 | Full Time | Onsite - Alfreton

Macildowie are working with this client based in Alfreton to recruit a Credit Controller for their established and fast-paced organisation within the supply chain and logistics sector.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000, and the opportunity to join a collaborative and customer-focused finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively chase overdue debt while maintaining strong client relationships
Escalate unresolved payments and place accounts on hold where necessary
Maintain accurate notes and ensure procedures align with company credit policy
Collaborate with internal teams including Claims and Customer Care
Support cash allocation, raise pro-forma invoices, and produce monthly statements

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous Credit Control experience
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is advantageous
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
