Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting anexperiencedExtrusion Operative to join our well established client.

Job Duties:

• Set up and troubleshoot extrusion production lines to the required specifications.
• Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and assemble components for machines.
• Package products in line with customer operating procedures.
• Perform general duties and cover as required within the department.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the designated work area.
• Support production management to implement / execute the operations improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity withthermoplastic / extrusion.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.
• Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures.
• Flexibility to adapt and support different areas of production as needed.

Working hours:4 on 4 off, alternating between day and night shifts (7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am).

Starting salary:38,516 Per Annum(including shift premium).

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
