Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A successful and well-regarded corporate office is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their finance team during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to business-critical pricing, costing, and profitability decisions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial insights that directly support commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the business with commercial analysis focused on pricing, costing, and profitability
Work cross-functionally to ensure financial data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with wider business needs
Assist in developing pricing strategies and reviewing models to maintain competitiveness and margin
Provide insight on financial performance, highlighting key trends and supporting decision-making across teams
Contribute to ongoing system and process improvements related to costing and financial planning
Take part in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and commercial discussions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a commercial finance or analyst role
Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
Strong communication skills and experience working across teams
Experience using ERP systems
A proactive and detail-oriented approach
Ideally studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
