Wills & Probate Legal Secretary - Office-Based

The Role: They are seeking a reliable and proactive Secretary to join their team full-time. You'll be supporting fee earners in a busy office-based setting, playing an essential role in the smooth running of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence with accuracy
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Handling client enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Supporting with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration work
  • Filing and document management (both physical and digital)

  • Previous legal secretarial experience
  • Solid understanding of Wills & Probate procedures
  • Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Probate experience and preferably Wills + Court of Protection Deputyship and LPA
