Purpose of the Role
The ERP Integration Specialist will design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between SYSPRO ERP and a range of internal and external systems. The position requires a deep understanding of data structures, business processes, and integration technologies, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain ERP integrations using SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, and third-party APIs.

Build and support Crystal Reports for business reporting and data extraction.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture and translate integration and reporting requirements.

Analyse existing data flows to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.

Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including mapping specifications, data dictionaries, and configuration notes.

Manage technical relationships with vendors and integration partners.

Provide technical expertise to support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new module deployments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Proven experience working with ERP systems and its core modules.

Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and query optimisation.

Strong experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.

Working knowledge of XML and structured data integration.

Experience producing technical documentation, specifications, and data analysis.

Familiarity with ERP APIs and data exchange formats such as JSON and CSV.

Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. VBScript).

Understanding of data governance, system security, and error handling.

Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating third-party software deliveries.
This role will be a hybrid position with a few days working from the office in Alfreton.
