The Role:We are looking for a motivated and creative Primary Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching to students across the Primary Key Stages. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to support individual pupil needs.

  • Engage with parents, guardians, and carers to ensure effective communication and support.

Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience teaching within a primary school setting.

  • Qualifications: A relevant degree and UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Training: Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and experience in planning and assessment.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.

  • Safeguarding: Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service.
