We are currently adding to our Customer Services team and seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator to build and maintain customer relationships by resolving complaints and queries, providing regular updates on company performance and building customer satisfaction.

This is a full time position, based at our modern Head Office, just off J28 of the M1 and in close links to the A38.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP COORDINATORS DO:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our customer base, both internal and external
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Update and maintain customer databases as and when required
  • Assist in identifying improvements in the Customer Relationship journey improving the overall customer experience
  • Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries on a daily basis

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER RELATONSHIP COORDINATOR:

  • Previous Customer Service experience essential
  • Strong communicate skills to liaise with customers in a professional and friendly way at all times
  • High attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
  • Computer literate - SAP experience an advantage
  • Able to handle multiple workstreams and prioritise as necessary, as part of a team or equally on your own
