Hours of Work: A part-time position (32 hours per week), 6 months flexible contract .

The Student Services Officer role involves supporting students throughout their university journey, from enrolment to graduation. You will oversee essential aspects of student welfare, organise events, coordinate academic and personal support services, and act as a key point of contact for students and staff. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a dedicated team committed to student success and organisational excellence.

Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree

Experience working in a customer service or front-of-house role within a Dutch educational environment, ideally in secondary or higher education, or experience in coaching/counselling

Understanding of Dutch higher education and student-led learning environments

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; Dutch language skills are advantageous

Strong organisational, data analysis, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and show initiativeBenefits:
