I am currently recruiting for a Hotel General Manager for a West London hotel. My client is looking for an individual with sales and marketing experience to generate revenue for hotel. Along with this we are looking for someone who will help create a fantastic guest experience for this central London hotel.

- Create and manage SOPs
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy
- Oversee revenue management
- Implement a 5* service strategy
- Manage & lead a team effectively

The successful candidate
- Experience manager from hotels a must
- Room & revenue management experience
- Must have sales and marketing experience within hotels
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
