Hotel Manager - Rooms-Led Branded Hotel (East Midlands)

We have an exciting opportunity for a first-time Hotel Manager to take the reins of a well-established, branded, hotel in the heart of the East Midlands area

This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional with a strong operational background in branded rooms led environments, looking to make their mark in a supportive and commercially focused business.

What We're Looking For:

A proven track record in hotel operations, ideally as an Operations Manager or Deputy GM in a hotel within the UK.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistently high standards in both guest experience and operational execution.
Solid experience in branded hotel environments with knowledge of brand standards and compliance.
Demonstrable financial awareness, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Some experience or understanding of commercial and sales strategies, with a proactive mindset around driving room revenue and occupancy.
A hands-on, visible leader who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing role.

The Role:

As Hotel Manager, you will:

Be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the hotel.
Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver consistency and an engaging guest experience.
Maintain brand standards while finding opportunities for local flair and operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Head Office and support teams to meet financial targets and drive revenue.
Oversee all departments ensuring operational compliance and consistency is achieved through effective leadership.
