Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Train and inspire a strong front-of-house and bar team
- Lead by example on the floor during service
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Set clear standards for service, appearance and behaviour
- Deliver an authentic Northern hospitality experience
- Ensure Steps of Service are followed consistently
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage rotas, payroll, stock control and ordering
- Maintain GP, labour and overhead targets
- Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance
- Support with pre-opening setup, training and dry runs
- Organise soft launches and opening events
- Implement systems, procedures and brand standards
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Financial and commercial understanding
- Passion for quality food and drinkÂ
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
