Financial Controller, Market Leading Business, Enniskillen, c£60,000 + £10k Car Allowance

We're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to lead their UK&I finance function. You'll provide critical insight and strategic direction to the Board, manage financial risk, and ensure our systems and controls are fit for purpose as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance team of 4
- Form a close working relationship with the MD, CFO and other Senior Management.
- Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimise the Group financial performance, strategic position and assist in every way to ensure Company EBITA targets are achieved
- Take overall control of the Company accounting function
- Contribute fully to the development of UK&I strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
- Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans
- Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed
- Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies
- Prepare and present both monthly and annual accounts to the board of Directors and Companies Auditors (Annually)
- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
- Corporate finance: manage company polices regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical and strategic skills.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally with group or multi-site exposure.
- Tech-savvy with excellent Excel and general MS Office proficiency.
- Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate across all levels.
