The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead a high-performing finance team and take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, tax, compliance, risk management and strategic planning. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence commercial decisions, operational efficiency, and long-term strategy.

Your Profile

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially astute finance professional with a proven track record in fast-paced manufacturing environments. You'll be comfortable navigating both operational detail and strategic complexity, and confident influencing stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Key attributes:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in manufacturing
Proven ability to lead finance teams and influence at board level
Hands-on approach with strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Commercially minded, with a passion for driving growth and efficiency
