Description
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including working capital management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.
Profile
A successful Group FC should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong Excel and PowerBI skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
