Description

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management.
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor and manage cash flow, including working capital management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.

Profile

A successful Group FC should have:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
Proven experience in accounting and finance.
Strong Excel and PowerBI skills
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
