Working from Home

3 days per week 9am - 6pm

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for the principal, charitable foundation, sporting companies, and estate operations.
  • Record daily transactions and reconcile all bank, credit card, and petty cash accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and invoicing.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
  • Prepare and execute bi-monthly payment runs.
  • Liaise with accountants, auditors, and tax advisers to support year-end processes and compliance.
  • Maintain orderly digital and paper records of all financial activity.

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Administer payroll for multiple entities, including household, country estate and seasonal staff.
  • Manage PAYE, National Insurance, pensions (including auto-enrolment), benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Process new starters, leavers, and employment changes in a timely manner.
  • Prepare P60s, P45s, and other year-end documentation.
