We have a new and exclusive opportunity for a Funds Administrative Assistant

To join my client who are a thriving investment funds business in the heart of Luxembourg. Due to growth, they are hiring for a Funds Administrative Assistant to join the private equity team to support across payments, invoicing, accounting and general administrative duties

  • Title Funds Administrative Assistant

  • Permanent role, salary 40,000- 45,000
  • Requirements: degree in accounting, finance, or management, Initial experience in an audit firm, accounting, or a financial environment (investment fund, management company, etc.)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, specializing in private equity and private debt.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monthly Closings: - Monitoring payments and invoicing, Sending accounting documents
  • Mail Management: - Receiving, tracking, and archiving mail, Communication with suppliers, service providers, and supervisory authorities
  • General Administrative Support: - Supporting the activities of the finance department

Requirements

  • Education: - 2- or 3-year degree in accounting, finance, or management
