As SENCo, you will:
Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Develop and implement effective strategies to raise achievement and inclusion for all learners.
Oversee EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

What were looking for:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to work towards it).
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting pupils and families.
