The Skincare Educator is responsible for delivering product knowledge, skincare techniques, and brand education to internal teams, retail staff, and professional partners. This role is key in driving product performance through education, improving customer experience, and ensuring consistency of brand messaging across markets.

This role will be based in BARCELONA - SPAIN.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on skincare products, ingredients, application techniques, and brand protocols.
Train internal staff, sales teams, retail partners, and spa professionals in both group and one-on-one settings.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
Support product launches by educating stakeholders on key benefits, usage, and positioning.
Stay up to date with industry trends, skincare innovations, and competitor products.
Conduct in-store visits, virtual training, and field support as needed to ensure education consistency.
Work with marketing and sales to align training programs with promotional calendars and sales strategies.
Collect feedback from trainees and adapt educational materials to increase effectiveness.
Assist in organizing training events, webinars, and workshops.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting skincare science and best practices in all engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in skincare education, aesthetics, or skincare sales/training.
Certified esthetician, dermal therapist, or relevant skincare qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin types, and treatment protocols.
Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
Comfortable training in-person and virtually (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Experience working with CRM, LMS platforms, or digital learning tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with a skincare or beauty brand (luxury or clinical skincare ideal).
Background in spa, med-spa, or dermatology clinic setting.
Multilingual ability is a plus (if international training is required).
Experience in sales enablement or retail training.

Working Conditions:

May require travel to retail stores, training events, and regional offices.
