As Operations Director, you'll lead key functions across field service engineers, customer service, warehouse and logistics, and project installations. You'll manage a diverse team-service managers, field engineers, call centre staff, and warehouse personnel-ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Enhancing service delivery with a strong customer focus
Driving inventory and logistics efficiency
Ensuring H&S compliance and best practices
Leading on-time, on-budget project installations
Mentoring managers and building a high-performance culture
