3 Days onsite - West London
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, integrated Salesforce and cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Order Management, and Experience Cloud. You'll drive platform optimisation, system integration, and customer-centric innovation. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs.
* Lead architecture for Salesforce Commerce, Service, Experience Cloud, and Order Management.
* Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices and technical standards.
* Assess and optimise the Salesforce environment regularly.
* Stay current with Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends.
* Translate business needs into technical architecture in partnership with product owners and vendors.
* Provide architectural oversight for both project work and DevSecOps activities.
* Monitor the technical quality of third-party deliverables.
* Align solutions with strategic technical guidance and security/data protection policies.
* Mentor junior team members and support ad-hoc initiatives outside continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven Salesforce Architect experience, especially in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Order Management.
* Strong track record delivering enterprise e-commerce solutions in a retail context.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security best practices.
* Proficient in APEX, Force.com, .NET, Java, and database design.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Certified Salesforce Commerce and Core Architect.
