We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 6 week temporary basis to support with processing and managing inboxes, based in Liverpool. The successful person will be proficient using Xero.

The hiring company is a reputable organisation within their sector. They are a medium-sized company with a strong presence in the market. Seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk on a short-term, temporary basis in Liverpool with an immediate start on 6th January 2026 for 6 weeks.

Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:

  • Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger regularly using Xero.
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Respond to supplier queries and ensure excellent communication.
  • Manage inboxes.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
  • Understanding of Xero
  • Can start immediately
  • CIS desirable not essential at all.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
