Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
- Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger regularly using Xero.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Respond to supplier queries and ensure excellent communication.
- Manage inboxes.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
- Understanding of Xero
- Can start immediately
- CIS desirable not essential at all.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
