Your new companyI am representing an established organisation in the Greater Belfast area, seeking to hire an Accounting Technician to join their close-knit team. This company boasts an excellent culture and low staff turnover, offering a highly supportive and collaborative work environment.
Your new roleAs a key member of our finance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers
- Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
- Managing credit control
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Processing bank payments and short-term cash forecasting
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
What you'll need to succeedTo be eligible for this position, candidates should ideally be a Qualified Accounting Technician working towards full membership of recognised accountancy body such as ACCA/CIMA etc. Applicants must have a minimum 2yrs experience in a busy accounts/office environment with the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to show experience meeting deadlines.
