Aspired talent are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver preferably with a Forklift Bendi licence to work for a national company on the day shift working 8am -5pm Monday to Thursday or 11am -8pm and Friday 9am -6pm

This is long-term work with the opportunity of securing a permanent position.

Duties:

you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, picking and replenishment of stock using Counterbalance/Bendi truck,

Requirements:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months experience driving a Counterbalance FLT truck/Bendi truck

- Have own transport or be able to get to locations if needed

- Ideally be able to provide a previous work reference

- Have good communication skills

- Be a team player

Driving and operating a Bendi Truck/Counterbalance safely and efficiently

Conducting pre-use inspections and reporting any faults to management

Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets

Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods

Unpacking and storing incoming goods

Organising stock for deliveries

Moving goods around the warehouse as required

Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential skills:

To be successful as a FLT Bendi Truck Driver/Counterbalance you will need:

A valid Bendi Truck/Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

Experience driving and operating a FLT Bendi Truck/Counterbalance

Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task

Strong spatial awareness

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good organisational skills

Reliability and self-motivation

Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

The ability to work effectively as part of a team
