HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

Documents Required:
- Valid HGV (Class 2) UK Driving Licence
- HIAB (Lorry-mounted crane) Certification/Card
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Digital Tachograph (Digi Tacho) Card
This Job Role Includes:
- Operate a lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) to lift, load, transport, and unload heavy materials or equipment
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks on both vehicle and crane
- Set up the HIAB crane safely and efficiently at job sites
- Ensure secure and balanced loading to prevent damage or hazards during transit
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and customers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and crane operations
- Possess strong knowledge of load handling, crane mechanics, and safe working practices
