A 4-star hotel in the heart of the Scottish Highlands is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its vibrant kitchen brigade. What Youll Be Doing
- Running your own section in the kitchen with confidence and consistency
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and kitchen organisation
- Leading and mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menus and special events
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up) in a 4-star hotel, resort, or fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and food safety
- Energy, creativity, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- A team player with leadership potential and great attention to detail
- 45 hours per week, £14 per hour depending on experience
- Live-in accommodation available at £74.62 per week, including staff breakfast and dinner, electricity, WiFi, council tax, linen, and towels (employee responsible for keeping the room clean; fresh linen and towels provided on request)
