We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Senior Sous Chef of a new independent opening in Farnham. This stunning premium gastro pub is like no other, the menu reimagines classic dishes using the finest locally sourced produce, spanning punchy small plates to share-style main courses and rich, expressive desserts and with zero waste cooking! We need a passionate, highly experienced Sous Chef to inspire, train and lead the kitchen team.

The Ideal Candidate
Were looking for a Sous Chef whos has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in fresh food restaurant or gastro pub as Sous chef.
- Modern British Dining.
- Must have experience as Sous chef.
- Confident with premium, fresh ingredients.
- A passion for fine dining.
- Ability to work in high volume.
- High end 5* background.
- Eye for detail.
- Detail focused.
- Experience in rotas & scheduling.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Can do attitude.
- Must be able to work evenings & weekends
