This stunning property is home to a 2AA Rosettes award-winning restaurant that serves traditional and modern British cuisine.

They are looking for a Head Chefwith experience of working within a professional kitchen, ideally to a 2AA Rosettes standard, who iscreative and passionate in their cooking.

The owners are passionate about the use of local and fresh ingredients and as such are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.

Within the hotel there is a stunning fine dining restaurant, serving a seasonal A La Carte Menu and a very ornate drawing room serving a lighter menu and afternoon teas.

The hotel is also very popular with weddings.

You will have a strong background running high level kitchens and be looking for a role where you can maintain the high standards of this award-winning venue.

As Head Chef you will:

  • Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
  • Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
  • Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
  • Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens
