Head chef required for a very established classical french restaurant, the head chef will be working under the Chef patron and running the kitchen on a day to day basis. The restaurant is very successful and is very classical in the style of dishes. We are looking for a candidate with the classical french dishes, £55-65k salary. They are closed in the summer and for 10 days after christmas, which is great knowing your fixed time off, so you can plan.

The role
As a head chef you will work with suppliers to ensure great french produce arrives on time, you will run the kitchen on a day to day basis, ensure the prep sheets are all completed, you will run the kitchen in service and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal head chef duties

Experience
We are looking for a head chef who is callically trained, with a good knowledge of traditional classical french dishes.
