The role
We are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background to run a key section in the kitchen. you will run the kitchen section, you will ensure your fridge is ready for service, prep your dishes ingredients. you will cook in service and present your dishes to the pass on time. this role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, the client is looking for a strong chef de partie who is a good allrounder. you will be able to run a section, have great knife skills and be organised. If your from a fresh food 4 star hotel or a fresh food restaurant and love a range of dishes, this is the role for you.
