Blue Arrow Inverness are sourcing a Permanent Sous Chef, to join a team of three, working in one of Scotland's most renowned restaurants.
Location: Isle of Skye
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Accommodation: Staff Accommodation Available
Duties:
-Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
-Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation.
-Helps design the food and drink menu.
-Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste.
-Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff.
-Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
Required Skills:
-Works well in a fast pace environment
-Strong communication skills
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Works will in part of a small team
