About the Role

As a Physical Chemist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Your primary responsibility will be to measure, understand, and model the physical properties that play a crucial role in designing and developing the next generation of agrochemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise a variety of analytical and chromatographic techniques to deliver high-quality experimental data.
Collaborate with scientists from diverse disciplines to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative methods.
Design and execute new assays and approaches to overcome scientific obstacles.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and critically analyse experimental results.
Work effectively within a team, ensuring timely delivery of experimental outcomes.

What Our Client is Looking For:

A PhD or strong undergraduate degree in chemistry or a related field.
Practical experience with analytical and chromatographic techniques.
Understanding of how physical properties of compounds affect their behaviour in biological systems.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to scientific challenges.
Strong communication abilities to engage with multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to delivering results under tight deadlines.
