The Board of Druid seeks a Chief Executive Officer.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of Ireland’s leading theatre companies.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will strategically and operationally lead the organisation to realise Druid’s vision of Irish performance for the world. Operating from Druid’s office in Galway, they will work in partnership with the Artistic Director to ensure the successful execution of Druid’s artistic vision.

The successful candidate will have a record of achievement in leading in the cultural sector, proven strategic and business planning skills, strong financial and business acumen, creative flair and excellent communication skills. They will have experience of leading team and partnership projects, managing significant budgets, and balancing creative risk with sound financial management.
