- Lead marketing and BD efforts across core practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Manage business plans, budgets, events, sponsorships, and client targeting initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (communications, design, CRM) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Produce compelling content and support proposal development.
- Provide strategic support to senior stakeholders and partners.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development/marketing, ideally in professional or legal services.
- Confident stakeholder manager with proven experience at executive or senior executive level.
- Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., InterAction), and marketing platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
