What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the website trading function. Youll help make sure everything on site looks and feels rightfrom uploading new products and managing listings, to checking promotions, pricing and presentation.
Youll play a part in delivering the online trading calendar, liaising with merchandisers and buyers, and supporting with new launches and seasonal changes. Attention to detail will be keywhether thats updating copy and imagery, checking stock statuses, or reviewing how changes on the site affect sales.
Theres an opportunity here to get stuck into how eCommerce works behind the scenes, with exposure to areas like analytics, campaign performance, customer journeys and working with external web agencies.
What experience youll need
- This role would suit someone early in their eCommerce careermaybe a recent grad, or someone with some previous experience inmarketing, digital marketing, eCommerce or project management.
- Youll need a keen eye for detail, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and confidence managing tasks that require accuracy and coordination.
- A competitive, curious mindset and interest in how digital retail works would go a long way.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and updating contentsome experience with Excel would be helpful.
- You dont need to have worked in eCommerce before, but some exposure to retail, Shopify, or digital environments would be a bonus.
- A driving licence and access to a car is essential.
