Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking to recruit for a National Sales Managerfor our electric heating products manufacturing client based within Cambridgeshire.

We are currently looking for aNational Sales Managerto join the sales team of our client and aid in the growing of their successful business.

National Sales ManagerDuties:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple regions in the UK.

Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.

Provide coaching and support to the sales team.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Suitable Candidate Requirements:

Experience as a National Sales Manager or similar leadership role.

Experience within the electric heating or related industry is highly desirable but not essential.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Willingness to travel as required across the UK.

Full UK driving license.

Salary: £70k-£80k
