Sonic Summary

The position involves managing Competitive Flexible Procurement and ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act.
Candidates should engage with Approving Authorities, including the Cabinet Office, and conduct pre-sourcing activities for complex high-value PFI replacement projects.
Market engagement, assessment, and analysis will be required to support Commercial Strategies and Business Cases for Category A Projects.
The role also includes supporting the development and implementation of procurement processes for the DWSP and providing input to Commercial strategies for PFI replacement contracts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.

You will be:

Managing the Competitive Flexible Procurement, including Dialogue Phases, ensuing compliance with the Procurement Act, Updating and maintaining Commercial Strategies.

Conducting pre-sourcing activity for complex PFI replacement projects of high value and high profile

Undertaking Market engagement, assessment and analysis and reports and supporting Commercial Strategies and Business Cases for Cat A Projects

Responsibilities
