Our client, a leading international engineering and project management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Rail Engineering Director to join their growing Rail team in Ireland. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape the technical direction of major national rail projects.



The Role

As Rail Engineering Director, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary rail projects. You'll lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, oversee technical delivery, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality and innovation.



About You

  • Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent).

  • Significant experience delivering large, multi-disciplinary rail projects.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to guide technical teams and ensure design excellence.

  • Degree qualified in engineering or a related discipline.
