Your new companyYour new employer is one of Northern Ireland's leading medium-sized Civil and Building Contractors who specialise in delivering schemes across the Province to Private & Public Sector Clients. With offices based in Tyrone & Belfast, they have established themselves as an award-winning employer who boast a growing order book for 2025 and have an excellent record of both staff retention and progression opportunities. Currently seeking to hire a suitably qualified Site Engineer to join their team on an initial temporary basis, this contractor solely operates in Northern Ireland and will never require you to travel outside the region. With an annual turnover in excess of £30million, this is a stable and welcoming environment to join and one that can ensure your work in either civils or building disciplines to suit your skillset.

Your new roleDue to the requirements of the role, you will need to be a technically minded individual who is fully conversant with total station. You will have a clear and consistent CV which outlines your background in setting out as well as supervising subcontractors while on site. You will have excellent communication skills and will have a proven track record of maintaining positive working relationships with all professionals on site. This role will initially be based on a commercial building scheme in Co. Fermanagh.Due to the nature of work undertaken applicants with previous experience in civils schemes and frameworks or commercial building projects will be looked upon favourably, however please note applicants with impressive experience in other areas should still apply.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a degree-qualified Civil or Construction Engineer with a minimum of two years post-graduate experience, however applicants with a different educational path should not be deterred from applying. You will be an ambitious individual with a real interest in developing your career with an award-winning Northern Irish contractor.
